Todd and the team did a great job finishing our basement. Pricing was very good compared to other bids without having to sacrifice quality. Todd has a lot of experience with basements which was helpful for us especially during the design process. We love the finished product which is 1,800 square feet and includes adding a bedroom, bathroom, full L-shaped bar, and entertaining area ready for TV hookup. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to finish a basement of any size.

We hired Todd and the team to finish our 500 sq/ft basement this year. After calling around and getting many quotes, Todd’s was by far the most reasonable. It took a while to get the permits but once received the project moved quickly. Very impressed with the guys he works with; they were respectful anytime they came in and out of the house and friendly to chat with. We are happy with the quality of the work and have been using the finished basement for 6 months with no issues. Makes a huge difference for our home.

Our family is absolutely thrilled with the work that Todd and his team did on our basement!!!! We recently moved into a new house and needed a large, 1500 square foot basement finished. Todd helped design the perfect space which includes a separate room with a walk-in closet, a full bath with tiled walls and floors and even a hideaway play area for our kids!! The lighting and fixtures were great too!! We trusted Todd the whole way through and he did not disappoint one bit!! We didn’t have any problems or disagreements during the entire project!! The quote from Finished Basements Plus was the most reasonable when we were looking to finish our basement. The project was done within the initial timeline we were given. Todd and the team did a fantastic job finishing our basement! We received several quotes and they were the best price. We are very happy with how the basement turned out. After the project was completed, we made a few mistakes when moving furniture around and Todd and the team promptly came back to help out and fix the issues that we had made. We met Todd and Brian at the Columbus Home Improvement Show. From the very start they were very informative and never pushy. We had delayed our basement remodel mainly because we could not figure out where the best place was to put rooms and other options. When we had an idea we called Todd. He came out and told us what to put where and why. It made perfect sense! He literally measured right then, went upstairs and offered us a very reasonable price. We made a couple of upgrades here and there and it was no problem. We have a custom-built home and they matched the basement to the upper floors perfectly. Finish Basement Plus, is a great company for home repairs, Reached out to other companies and they were way overpriced and rude after they realized you weren't choosing them for business.

Met with Brian in Nov, and he was very Kind, and my wife wanted to add space to our home so reached back out to Brian and we were treated like Family by him and Todd, as well as by their Team of Contractors and Professionals. Our Basement looks so great. We put an Office and Man Cave Room down there. No Hidden Cost and Home was taken good care of, Brian and Todd also Did our Bath Room and Painted our walls and they all look incredible. My Wife was really happy.

If you want a Company that will treat you right and get the proper Permits and Inspections, and treat you like family as well and Give you a great Price with no hidden costs or fees, then Finish Basement Plus is the place to go, Home was Done in the Proper Time as well.

When we bought our house we had every intention of finishing the basement ASAP! We got several estimates that were a lot higher than what we were expecting. "I want to thank your company for a job well done. Todd came into our home measured up our basement; he gave us great ideas, came up with a drawing and gave us a fair price. His helpers were very clean and neat and careful when bringing in all materials. Todd got started immediately with framing, electric had it insulated and ready for drywall. Drywalls were finished and had been cleaned for paint. Once paint was done he trimmed it (doors-case-Base) quickly, I found out he trimmed homes for 16 years then built them so it was really nice to know we had Todd (finished basements plus) to finish our basement.
